Is SwissQuake.ch an official Ranked Server Provider?
Yes. The mother-company Binarics GmbH holds contracts with various game distribution companies like EA and Activision, servicing the territory of Switzerland with Rankings.

How do I see the monthly price for a ranked gameserver?
Click on the left on the button 'Calculator/Order'. This will lead you to a page where you can set up your order or simply calculate the monthly price of your wished gameserver.

If you found the gameserver settings you wish to order, simply click on "Absenden" as order confirmation. "Löschen" will delete the settings you chose on the page. .


How goes the whole ordering process?
1. Chose the desired settings of your gameserver
2. Read the contractual conditions and accept them
3. Click on 'Anmelden' to order your gameserver
4. After ordering, you will get 24-48 hours later the access information and a first bill for the initial month. Your gameserver gets active even prior your payment!


How fast will I get my access information?
They will arrive 24-48 hours after ordering per letter or per Email depending where you live.


Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price which the calculator tells you, is the monthly price due for your gameserver. No other costs will occure.


What about the quittung terms?
After finishing the minimal contract duration, you can send a cancellation notice (per letter) if you wish to quit the services at SwissQuake.ch. The quitting period is 1 month to the end of the month.
The minimal contract duration only runs once.
The quitting notice has to be sent per letter.


Will I get some kind of support?
Absolutely. Our support can be reached 24/7 per Email at support@swissquake.ch. Telephone support is available either, but more for billing or contract purposes. The support is free of charge.
